Screening questions that accept "Yes" or "No" answers can be added as job requirements. This allows you to incorporate screening questions into scoring and eligibility filters.
Note: Support for multiple-option single-choice screening questions will be added soon.
- Open any job with screening questions on the application.
- Expand Screening Questions in the requirement panel.
- In the dropdown menu, select the screening question you want to use.
- Select "Yes" or "No" to indicate the desired answer.
- If necessary, you can also change the requirement's priority.
- Click Save Requirements to regenerate candidate scores.
How screening questions impact scores
Candidates who select the correct answer will receive a "100" score for screening questions, while candidates who select the incorrect answer will receive a "0" score.
How screening questions impact eligibility
Like any job requirement, if a screening question is set as a "must have", candidates who select the incorrect answer will be marked "ineligible". Conversely, if a screening question is set as a "dealbreaker," candidates who select the incorrect answer will be marked "eligible."
